Trustmark Bank began in 1889 in Mississippi and has grown to a diversified financial services company with more than 150 locations in four states. In 2004, when the branch office was built in Millington, TN, Stromberg Architectural Products was called in to provide the classic columns, cornice and window surrounds which give the building its distinctive, sophisticated look.
These elements were fabricated using Stromberg's Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP). GFRP is an ideal solution for creating elements that provide the look and feel of time-honored architectural features while also provided the benefits of durability and a greatly reduced weight load on a building's structure. GFRP elements can be expected to last with very low maintenance necessary and can help in earning building credit points to qualify for LEED ("green") certification. Stromberg Architectural Products is the industry leader in creating architectural elements from GFRP, with more than 25 years in the business.
